As Deputy Director of College Corps at UC Davis, Lisa provides leadership for program operations, student engagement, and advisor supervision, supporting 225 students across over 50 community host sites. She collaborates with campus and statewide partners to support strategic planning, student recruitment, compliance, and evaluation, with a focus on expanding access and supporting student success. Lisa is known as a collaborative and equity-focused leader, skilled in developing processes, mentoring staff, and building sustainable programs.
Prior to her 2021 start at UC Davis, Lisa spent 7 years as president of Riley Career Coaching, supporting new graduates and early-career professionals in clarifying goals and navigating career transitions. She previously worked in recruitment and talent development as Vice President at Fleet Feet, a national health and fitness company.
Lisa holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA in History from UC Berkeley. She lives in Sacramento, with her family and enjoys running, hiking, reading, and exploring new places.
